Team A members need to press how to approach employees without creating panic to take the new department into the new market segment so that it beats successful while incorporating a new management entitle and new positive environmental, organi zational, behavioral, and work culture.LEADERSHIP APPROACHESAs a manager, one should adjust the management style to the current situation. One also must provide a vision, be trustworthy, and encourage team members and employees to receive positive reaction. The manager shall provide a proactive and powerful message to create motivation.
